I believe it's possible hart axed the deal. If he did its becasue he didn't have the money needed(I don't believe that reality) or its because gruden asked for control that would up our program at risk. (Compliance control issues which is very possible IMO)

I think you are right Hart put the breaks on with the blessing of Gruden and probably Haslam. That is the Circle of Trust.
