Something isn't right AGAIN. Hubbs reported on 104.5 about Fisher being upset over facilities. I posted this and a FSU fan posted all the new facilities being built with many projects. What's up with all the misdirection???

If Friday evening comes around and we still haven't named a coach, it's going to be fun watching everyone running back into this thread for more Gruden info.

Now I will preface this by saying I do not know the man at all, but I'm starting to think the misdirection theory with Hubbs is unfounded. I just honestly think he is making this stuff up off the top of his head.

At this point I'm rooting for him to get something right...feel sorry for the guy :p

He doesn't have to meet with Fisher. They are big buds. Phone calls explain lack of travel. Perhaps the perfunctory "search" and dragging feet had nothing to do with gruden but because he already made a deal with Jimbo. Praying its not true.

What I love about this whole coaching search is how Knoxville hacks like Hyams think reporting is letting someone else dig for sources and write actual stories, while all he offers is attempts to disprove other reporters by calling the subject of the report, like Jimmy Haslam, and asking for a comment. What the hell was Haslam supposed to say about a deal that was a borderline NCAA violation and clearly in gray area?
