Not an Earth-shattering prediction, but based on Hubbs' comments, it sounds like Strong would take the job. I'm thinking he's our coach, unless we manage to pull either Gundy or Fisher or get back to the table with Gruden.

It's mildly comforting to know the search probably won't fall below the coach of a team in the Sugar Bowl.

If not JG then IMO we are, once again, getting second best because UT AD won't step up the pump and negotiate with JG to come here. I hate to say it, but I somehow feel UT football is in for some more bad years. By the time Hart figures it out, JG will be coaching elsewhere and we will continue to be the laughing stock of the SEC.

LOL, then where exactly are we supposed to get news on the search? If you remove Hubbs from the equation, then you're pretty much going to be sitting in the dark until someone is hired and introduced.
