Yikes. Glad I never have to do that again. I remember taking the LSAT at UT while the POTS was marching down the street before the 2001 UGA game. Good luck- cant imagine studying during this circus.

This is a thread for yall who just knew Gruden was going to be our head coach.
This is a thread for yall who claimed to be insiders and said that the "deal is done."

This is a thread made for those that had Gruden as their Avatar.
This is a thread for those that didn't listen and neglected us when we told you plenty of times "Gruden will not be our head coach" or "Stop living in this fantasy world."

Don't worry more than half of VN believed so be a man and man up and Eat your Crow with some good ole Hot Sauce.

I am also the first to say that I eat Crow for Believing that Gruden would be our head coach. I should have listen to the realist around me. I Eat Crow "see im a man now."

It's not like that wasn't the prevailing opinion among the talking heads. He didn't do anything to acquire that information, he just stated what almost everybody was thinking.

If that was sarcasm, I apologize in advance.

Until somebody else is head coach, I won't admit anything.

But if Gruden is not the head coach, then I will start my own thread stating I was wrong. I'm man enough to admit when I'm wrong without having to be prompted to.

This is such a statement that clearly has zero credablity. In order for you to believe this statement is true you must state why the AD allowed Hubbs to report DD was fired a week before the AD was ready to make it public???

If you can't explain that then stop saying he only reports what the AD wants reported!

Somehow, I don't doubt that this thread will hit Gruden XV. I certainly possess less of an excitement level that the Grude will coach at UT. However, I have not completely given up that possibility. I am willing to acknowledge the buyout TB is paying to Gruden may stop him and that the last MNF broadcast is December 22nd.

If we do not have a coach by then, I will be curious how the Gruden talk will be going. Will the fans kick it back up again? Hiring Gruden in mid-December would sure make everyone look at Dave Hart in a more favorable light (it would stink for actively recruiting, stupid dead period). I am holding out a very small chance that this could happen, one never knows.

I will point out that the current circumstances would be great to be working out a deal, as almost no one thinks it is happening now. However, I will believe we have a new coach when Hart announces him in a press conference. I remain unsure as to who my second choice after the Grude is.
