Personal opinion only but I think if we get Gruden he finishes out the MNF season. Just my thinking but I think it is either a contract obligation or dedication to ESPN.

IMO he doesn't want to burn any bridges. That espn gig would be sweet when he wants to permantly retire from coaching.
