I feel ya. But I did that with Dooley. I will still love UT but won't support continued mediocrity while our opponents get better.

Hey OGs (I know I don't count, but I'm on the bandwagon until the end)... seriously think there should be a bit of a private celebration in Knoxville if Gruden is announced. Y'all pick the place, but I'm down.

The Chattanooga Free Times Press reported Gruden was offered and the ball was in his court.

Don't let it. If you believe in what was started in here back in September, and especially after last week, you should feel that the info he is privy to is probably put out with purpose--always ironic and quite scary how the coincidences add up.

I have enjoyed this thread for a month or more. I haven't been confrontational tonight even when I was called a sh..head. I enjoy most of the posters in this thread. If you wish me to be gone then you control that.

I have a friend who is an EMT. He was telling me about a situation where he made a house call and found a man who had been bed ridden for 12 years. He had open bed sores so bad that maggots were eating the infections. His legs were moving from all of them...

...that's what it felt like in here an hour ago.

Totally classless

Dude is talanted, has leadership and having mama and daddy in the military clearly made sure he got raised right, his head is on straight...I love that guy. I just wish I could get a box van out to Kansas City and snag Eric, and bring him to the skins....and I'm not even a skins fan really, just think Eric and Rg3 on the same team would be epic.

According to Hub Arkush of ProFootballWeekly.com, the Raiders "are in talks" with Jon Gruden about a reunion.
That's a wild one. Aside from some fairly standard comments about being disappointed in the Raiders' rough November, owner Mark Davis has given no indication that coach Dennis Allen's job is in jeopardy. If there's so much as a grain of truth to this rumor, however, Allen's seat must be quite warm. Then again, there's scarcely a job in America Gruden hasn't been connected to since becoming a sensation in the Monday Night Football booth. If he's coming back for 2013, the odds seem extremely thin it's with the Raiders.

Folks there are only a few possibilities Either Hart did not get deal done and Gruden said no and deal over last week (never from him or UTAD) only media and then Hart went after this lot with interviews that always were contradicted about voracity and then Strong getting new deal "opening bank " that they were going to do to get serious about football anyways and Hart screwed this up with Butch Davis left or Gruden will be our coach and has been our coach for a while as has always been plan since OG Boro and others discussed this type of chaos ..folks espn dropping a Oakland bomb tonight? Really? San Diego (Tampa west) would have been more realistic
