My niece works at a lawfirm that represents Johnny. She asked him who the next coach would be. He told her the next coach will be Charlie Strong. That's why I asked if you guys think Johnny would be in the know or is he like the rest of us just guessing or getting misinformed.I would like to think he is just misinformed, but it got my hopes down on Job Gruden after I heard it.

Remember if Strong does not get a raise..we never offered..candidates in the past who accepted counter offers on searches I worked use an offer letter as leverage

If the misinformation is indeed true, as we should find out soon I would imagine, I would believe that Johnny would be a part of said scheme, especially being that he and Gruden are close.

I stayed out of this thread and didnt really wanna go through 600 pages to find out what factual info someone had. I read through about 3 pages of the smokescreen theory. I just dont really see how we have a true shot at Gruden.

The amazing thing to me is the fact that things are turning just like the OG's said they would...

Maybe it is not Gruden in the end.... but I believe for sure it WAS... and he WAS willing to come here...

Is he still willing or is this all part of the plan/game is the $34 dollar question

Each day that passes, I believe it looks more and more like GRUDEN is our man

He is certainly in the know but he would not bring your niece there with him. Not trying to be rude.

Maybe this is why some of the UL people are confident. Perhaps he can't produce a letter for them.
