I don't want either but Gundy is 10x more proven than Strong. He's won consistently in a much tougher conference than Strong.

To repeat, the problem with Tressel isn't the 5 game suspension or one year bowl ban. It's having to go through a show cause to even hire him, and if that were somehow successful, knowing that if one slipup occurs that can somehow be hung on him, we're not just going to get penalized, but buried and left for dead. That runs through the end of 2016. Can't imagine we would even try that.

Considering the NCAA thing UT picked up a few weeks ago, I think Tressel isn't much of an option.
