I think you just validated the reason why he is not right for this point in time. I think he would be excellent at Auburn or Arkansas. We don't need another guy with limited HC experience and still unproven to boot.

Yeah that was a no brainer but i dont see how strong even brings the potential to stack up against saban, miles, richt, spurrier, and even muschamp. If we hire strong i really believe we will be hiring a new ad and hc again in 3 years. I hope I am wrong.

Gruden's barely said a word this entire game and he seriously does just seem unexcited and distant, especially with how good of a game this is.

Yeah, I agree..He does seem a bit distracted plus when they show him on camera, he looks so tired.

This is where I fear we are headed. Strong and Gundy are the last two on the board I could get excited about.

They are not the perfect hire (Saban / Meyer / Gruden). But there is enough there to get excited about and look for hopeful signs in the off season. I don't think Fedora will even do that for us.

I agree with this but as the pay goes down the risk goes up.

So outside of OV posting a "!" today, we haven't heard a peep from any other OG. Nobody finds this odd? I feel like if there was bad news, they'd be here to own it. They all seem like stand-up guys to me.
