Keep the good wives, divorce the bad ones... That's what I always say.

Look, I know you Vols want to get in a few jabs, but you are going to have to come up with something a little more relevant than possums and polygamy.

The people on your site think we are the tennessee voles. Seriously.

Smh. Can't really crack dumb hillbilly jokes when calling us the voles

NEVER divorce the cook wife. The cleaning wife and the baby makin wife just can't pull their weight in the kitchen (and they have PLENTY of weight, if you know what i mean)

Are you really going to stick with "Uterus State" and "has no game" in the same sentence?

Wait. Was it a sentence?

Try harder.
Bama, Florida, and Georgia are miles ahead of your game.
You leave me wanting the barbs of Lawrence Wright and bamawriter.

Don't be too hard on the guy. USU is little brother in the state of Utah behind UofU and BYU. They've had a couple of good seasons recently, but let's face it- in the grand scheme of things they're an irrelevant program. They're like UMemphis with more recent football success.

That said, I'm looking forward to the game and think they'll be a good test for us.

Probably true. They have had longer to get to know you.

I had a little fun. Now I'll cool it.

In actuality, for a number of reasons, UT and Nebraska are the two schools outside of the west that I have always held in pretty high regard.

A LOT of that has to do with how absolutely loyal, yet classy their fans have been over the years.

Y'all do have something pretty special in the world of college sports.

none of the aggie fans dislike tennessee. we're just bored at work and having fun. far less personal/offensive than we get with byu or utah or even new mexico state.

Meh, it's all in good fun, even with our resident squatters that I mentioned. Of course, I want to beat you guys, but welcome to Tennessee.
I will be pulling for you guys after you leave K-Town.

UT was a very average SEC team when I was growing up in the late 70's and 80's.

Phenomenal in the 90's.

Back to very average the last decade.

I think you already are "back" to your historical average of the past 40 years.

Really? That all you got. Hmm. I have nothing, You know why? Because USU is Irrelevant. Hard to talk smack when your school hasn't amounted to be anything.

Congratulations on your mastery of the Google search feature!

What else did you learn while attending UT?

Even google had a hard time finding anything good about USU football. However, it did supply me with how many consensus all Americans you have had......

36 more and your program can "very average" like ours.

So you are saying that 7 conference titles and 6 divisional titles in 45 years is just average? That seems pretty good to me. Good enough for second most all time actually.

Might want to recheck those facts, true from 1977 to 1981 there was a rough patch. After that we had one losing season until 2005. That's over 20 years in case mathematics is not a Mormon strong suit. But I guess it's your opinion of what's average.

Fact: Last half of 70's thru 80's = Average just over 7 Wins per season.

Fact: 90's thru early 00's = Incredible

Fact: Last decade = Average less than 7 Wins per season.

Spin it however you like.
