It feels like every tournament, there is one day of madness, and one day of complete chalk. It looks like yesterday was the day of madness. So far, today is looking like blowout and chalk city. A bunch of snoozers this early afternoon. Glad we survived yesterday and didn't fall victim!

Would be huge for us if Delaware can somehow beat Villinova, at least they are making it a fun game to watch so far

Holy crap, not the men's tournament but in the women's tournament South Carolina is up 42-2 over Howard with 2:00 left in the first half.

That is insane. Another reason why that tournament has too many teams. Once the Lady Vols dropped off it was easier to admit the early rounds are a waste of time but you can't say it out loud these days.

Today's basketball is not very good basketball.

Bad basketball is USC right now. They not only shot 8-27 from the field (2-9 from 3 point range), but they also had 12 first half turnovers... 20 first half points and they are the higher seeded team in their game.

Here's my money question for Friday - will Kenny and the crew on the CBS show say that Delaware wasn't much of a challenge, and Villanova better not get overconfident or excited because they beat a nothingburger team like the Blue Hens? Or will they spend their time praising Villanova and talking them up because of their win?
