That’s because Baylor was fouling lol the problem I have is ejecting a player for an unintentional elbow how do you not see the problem there?
Sochan bumped him in the chest and Manek intentionally went high with an elbow....if it hits him in the chest he still playing...but he went for a head shot...and alotta touch fouls were called early for UNC in the 2nd half.....I have no aligence to either team. But if Manek was playing bully ball against UT youd be complaining about no calls...

Get out of here with that crap if Manek actually had his head turned looking to elbow him in the face I would agree but he was looking at the rim all the way, his elbow making contact with a guy pushing him from behind shouldn’t lead to a flagrant 2 ejection in any ballgame…I can’t believe im arguing this point when it happens all the time in basketball

Everyone that says refs are bad if one side shoots more FT’s is blatantly short sighted. Look at teams like Ark, their game plan is usually to foul and call it defense in the hope that the refs won’t call it.

Some teams might just be fouling a lot, and it doesn’t mean they were favoring one team over the other. Only watching the game will tell you the crappy calls.

He's played enough to know exactly where his head would be. He tried to give a cheap "no-look" elbow to the head and he got caught. I suspect he'd done it before in the game and got away with it.

It was obviously intentional. He didn't just move his elbow in that direction, he threw it, like he hoped to hit and hurt something.

Of course the luckiest team all season gets gifted a 12 seed in the second round after playing a 13 in the 1st round. I was hoping they would get knocked out early.
