Come on they were 14-6 in a very bad league. They were like 16-11 before their conference tournament.

They are playing good D, hustling and getting hot at the right time.

They not even really playing great “team” ball more like street ball or rec ball……but it’s working.

Congrats to them I wish they would win it all.

Hold up. They are most definitely not playing street or rec ball. Their defense is outstanding and they run really good sets getting the shots they want. And they’re making enough of them to win. But they’re winning because of their defensive intensity and team effort.

Pretty sure I mentioned “defense” and “effort.”

I do think their playing great “as” a team……but sorry I wouldn’t suggest their playing amazing “team” ball.

UCLA plays more ‘street ball’ than St Peters….if you actually believe any of these teams really play street ball…

I didn’t say any of the teams play street ball or play actual street ball………”more “like” street ball…..compared to “team” ball (to me).

when teams are playing a lot of one on one……to me that’s “like” street ball rather than team ball. But nevertheless it’s only my opinion and whatever it is……it’s working.

There was a stretch with about 6-8 minutes remaining where UCLA had 4-6 point lead, but stopped running offense. They just jacked up a three on 3-4 straight possessions. Came back to bite them in the ass.

Love was unconscious--what, 27 points in the second half? Ridiciulous. Guy made about 6 28-foot shots. And UCLA missed a lot of shots late.

You couldn't tell they were good when they beat Kentucky? Their defense was outstanding.
No, I thought they were crappy before we played them. 5 minutes in when I saw their physicality and tenacity on D, I knew we were in for trouble.

You knew you were in trouble whenever we put you out in the SECT.
