Official Nashville Predators Thread

Saros has given up 4+ goals in 4 straight and 5 of 6.
I was out on him as a #1 last year, he's #2 in this league. That being said he isn't the biggest issue. This team lacks identity, time to move on from the coach at a minimum. We are a bottom third team in this league right now.

Agree. Need a new direction, new voice in locker room

Either fire the coach or blow it up
They're really close to needing to make a decision. Lots of contracts that aren't living up to expectations. May as well work on moving some of those and set a goal of getting younger and having a great 6 or 7 years around Askarov. Problem is you'll need to pay someone to take one of the centers at this point.

Taylor has done a good job down at Milwaukee
Whoever it is, I think the right coach could come in and really create some improvement. The roster is not in as good of a shape as it was a couple years ago but it isn't bad. They aren't as deep as they used to be, Pekka is washed, and I don't think Saros is the guy, but Duchene/Johansen/Forsberg/Arvy/Josi/Ellis/Ekholm is not a bad core. They should be better than what they are.

Not sure why I keep tuning in.......holding out hope I guess. And basketball laid an egg today so not a good start to the weekend
