Nobody is arguing that it's a top notch class. We are arguing that the sky is not falling like people like you keep saying over and over and over and over.

You can't back any of that up. Just words. Look at how many players Butch signed that have been total disappointments. I don't need to wait to see what these new so called by you "underrated" players do. I have 4 years of recruiting to look at.

Really a shame that isn't a top 5 class with all that in-state talent. Also a shame that they missed on the Johnson kid at QB. I'm betting that Dabo would love to move Clemson's campus to Knoxville.

To me the sky isn't falling but I think people are starting to see some cracks in the foundation. Whether they're right or not that's up to you to interpret.

I can see the signs but I'm also willing to give Butch another year or two at least. If he doesn't win something of significance in the next 2 years then we'll probably be able to point to bad recruiting and underperforming on the field this past season as the start of it all.

Some are overrated according to SEC country, Rivals, Scout, ESPN. Who cares what I think? There's a reason why some of these guys are 4 stars elsewhere and we're pursued by LSU, Norte Dame and others

Dabo got one kid from TN. Rodgers was never coming here. That is so overblown. Johnson didn't want to be behind JG. That's a fact. Clemson depth chart was much better than ours

Which one of those classes was it that Dooley failed to sign an offensive lineman? Truth be told you look at the position numbers the 2011+2012 classes were completely abysmal, riddled with non-contributors, met few positional needs and their headliners were CP and Pig Howard.

This class on the other hand is definitely meeting the positional needs on the DL and Defensive Backfield while having the #1 player in the country on one site (at a position of need), a consensus Top 100 Safety and consensus top 100 RB as your headliners.

While the ranking number might be close this one is far beyond the 2011 and 2012 classes.

2018 is a better in state year than 2017, they already have 2 top 10 players including a 5 star in state who are helping him recruit. If he does well in state in 2018 everything is fine. But of course negas in here can't allow for optimism even tho it is true.

It's not an argument. BUTCH said it. In his mind this is as good as it gets. He doesn't feel like he has to do any better. That's all I'm saying. I already know that the vast majority of people feel like this is a sub part class considering that the program is supposed to be getting better and better each year.

If people want to point to our record improving each year by 1 game as "improving" but then willingly ignore this stuff then all credibility is lost. You are simply like these people that look for the highest star rating and go with that.
