I quit I think in 2004. It is more about your mindset. If you can make it 3-4 days it gets easier. Be strong and remember you will much better. Chantex may help. I just laid mine down one day and quit.

Thanks for the jokes and support. It gets harder to quit as you get older for some reason. I've quit cold turkey a couple of times, but that was a long time ago.
