My understanding is this is done when doctors give little to no time left in ones life.

I was wrong. She's 95. The doctors have given her 24-36 hours. She's on pain meds.

My wife's grandmother was placed on the hospital this morning. Congestive heart failure and pneumonia.

The doctors don't expect her to make it.

Makes for a tough week.

I'll pray for her. Losing them is tougher. Watching them suffer is tougher.
