It's already a wonderful day. Vandy got beat, USCe is still pretty much garbage except for Cooper, UT will win their first game, hopefully Bama loses.

Looking like it's shaping up to be a fine Labor Day weekend.

I was actually rooting for Michigan and UNC last night. I'd like for someone to give OSU some competition. OSU fans are annoying.

Headed to gburg this weekend and my dad is already at our house there.....this is what he woke up to this morning in our front yard lol

We have had the house on the market for a couple of years. Asking about 35% over market for it. Not really serious about selling it, but if we can get that price we are wanting for it, I will sell. Wont take a penny less kinduv deal.

Had one of these run across the road yesterday.

So far in the last two weeks, rattlesnakes, a hundred deer, turkeys, and a million squirrels.

You must live in the sticks! The only thing I've run into are god d@@ squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional raccoon.

Market right now is around 275k. Have it listed for 345k. The last time it was appraised was three years ago and it was 260K then. We have added new hardwoods and redid the kitchen and master bath. Have no doubt the appraisal would be at least 275K

Our neighbor, who actually lives there year round, said he killed a 4 ft rattlesnake last week. Said it was the first one he had seen in that area in the 25 years he has been there.
