Its an odd week when the PF is more peaceful than the FF

I've went over there a few times. Pretty much what I expected. I understand the expectations and everyone being upset... But.... Hell get 4 years. I've accepted that and hoping it all works out.

Outside of an 8 loss season, Butch gets year 4. I do firmly believe that he will have to do some serious staff upgrades to get year 5.

I think I'm over Jancek. All those conversions.. That last touchdown will burn my eyes for the rest of my life

I'm on the fence with Jancek. Mahoney has got to go, O-line production is pathetic, Debord has to go we need another perspective, and possibly Martinez.

Should've never replaced the last o line coach with Mahoney. Imo, the line laid down on him year 1.

What makes you guys think Butch would hire someone to take over the offense that isn't just an extension of Butch himself? I think it's fairly obvious that he hired Debord to fulfill that role- to run Butch's offense how he wants it run.

Would the pressure be strong enough to force him to hire a guy that might change up the offense in ways that Butch may not be comfortable with(but, apparently, needs to happen)?

If he wants to keep his job he will, a 4th loss to FL at home next year with the same staff might be the last nail.

We are seeing drastic improvement in talent but none in scheme and adjustments.
