Be calm when talking to them, don't raise your voice. Let them know the length of time you were down several times and how big of a disappointment it's been. Especially since you are a big sports fan and had to miss all the games over the weekend. Reference the online specials and advertising special you keep seeing and why you can't get those since you've been such a long time valued customer who pays their bill each month. Go to directv's website and build a package for yourself... Let them know you've done with directv and the price is cheaper than what they're giving you plus you would get the Sunday ticket with it and your thinking about switching unless they can at least come closer to matching it. They'll involve their retention group.. Give them the same spiel.. You'll get a decent discount over the course of a few months. Trust me. :)

I filed a complaint with the FCC against Comcast when they jerked me around. They called the next day and had two techs out that afternoon.

Sorry to hear about your news OB. Have a drink on me my friend. It's the new Sinatra Century bottle by Jack Daniels, celebrating his 100th birthday on Dec. 12. It's export only, not in stores and cost roughly $500. Sorry pal, a hooker doesn't come with it.

We noted every time our service went down. Took our monthly bill and divided it by 30. Every day that service was down, we deducted that amount of money. We sent a nice little letter with it. They didn't say a word.

If my current situation doesn't get better, I'll be moving back to Gods country.

My first stop after having some of mamas fried chicken, will be to see CBJ and discuss this football problem we are having.

Good luck with all your endeavors. Hate to hear about the home life, smack her on the ass and tell her to straighten up. She's an Arkansan, she'll understand.
