I quoted before you added to your post.
Yeah I know. You do know he is laughing hard at us. For the life of me I have no idea why he has been here as long as he has. I guess 1) it's either because he has an inferiority complex and has to act like the big man on here, i.e. being basically a bully and acting all superior, or 2) because he realizes just how low class his school and fan base is, but likes winning so he can't make up his mind.

Or a third reason could be that there is actually intelligent discussion going on here most of the time, and florida fans are just plain ig'nant about anything other than things gatah.

It would be akin to us hanging out on the Vandy forums.

Ignore button broken?

I confess, I do not understand why my making a simple observation about the Muschamp situation being analogous to Jones is for some reason more angering than if it that came from someone else.
Seriously?

Truly. All I'm saying is we saw the same movie last year in Gainesville. Recruiting better talent but not succeeding with it.

Now, in fairness, a lot of UF's problem was total game plan and lack of attention to a coherent offense. At least the pattern with Jones would suggest a well thought out approach mid week, studying opponent weaknesses and creating opportunities. We didn't even have that.

Just..... shut..... up.... You have no idea what our fanbase is going thru. None whatsoever. Your little blip on the radar is nothing compared to what we are going thru. I can only hope and pray that you get this experience someday real soon.

Go hang out on CatsPaws. You have a longer streak there, I'll bet they would love to read your nonsense.

Because we lost to Florida during your so called "down years..."

Fair enough.

Look, I know your team went through a rough patch of a few years. But we've been through a decade with no signs of letting up yet except in recruiting.

The difference is you've been fairly blessed with coaches of good caliber including your latest coach. We're still bumbling about trying to find that right fit.

CORRECTION TO ABOVE POST concerning the buyout numbers. The below was posted in another thread and seems to be a more realistic buyout number.

I'm fairly certain those are the numbers Butch would owe if he leaves.

They are. But Butch wouldn't get the full amount. Per the contract he is required to look for work. Once it is found, UT off sets the monies up to 2 million per year.

I'm not on the fire Butch bandwagon yet. I don't believe in letting him go unless you have someone else in mind. That and I believe we'll give him a fourth year unless he loses 5 games or more. With that being said I'm not sure Chip Kelley will be in Philly after this year. Just my thoughts... But I would like to see us go after a previous NFL coach much like Michigan did.

Don't even bring up kiffin. We all know he wasn't an NFL coach to begin with.

If Kelly is such a pipedream, we're pretty much sunk.

Just threw out a name that I believe would be an option soon. Don't really see him as a pipe dream.

Kelly would be my first choice. He knows exactly what we're trying to do, but are too dumb to do. Hell, make a push to legalize weed in TN, offer him all the biscuits n gravy in the world, and get him over here.

Butch doesn't have any idea how to run the spread option.

Spurrier might be available soon. Just sayin'

Gruden as HC
Kelly as OC
Chavis as DC

Opponents would faint out of the awesomeness that proceeds the coaching staff. Other team's bands would form the T so the team can run through, even at away games.

Saban would still be short.
