Not really. Got into it before she left last year. Apparently birthdays are a big deal to her, yet mine isn't a huge deal to me. However, she got all kinds of bent out of shape when I said it wasn't a big deal (mine that is) and didn't want to do anything.

And apparently that was the wrong answer.

And not likely going out of business. That's just one of our 45 branches, albeit an important one that has multiple contracts.

We'll probably end up with some better hiring procedures and more in depth training. But those guys that did the assaulting need to go to jail, pure and simple.

We had a buddy who did shrooms for the first time while we were camping, he would not get out of the damn car for anything. We were all having fun by the fire, laughing, enjoying ourselves, but he held up in that car like the outside air was poison.

We had to tell him that bears target cars like canned meat and he would be easy pickings if he stayed in there. He got out lol

My grandfather is in the hospital. Had a couple heart attacks and had surgery this morning. He is doing fine now but going to remain in the hospital. Holiday season can be rough.

I was up in Gatlinburg at some timeshare back in the late 90's, high as a kite. Saw a dog walking into the pool area and thought it would be fun to go pet it. My brother and I run down there and walk up to the dog but its not a dog its a huge brown bear. We collectively s!@t our pants and run for our lives. Good times.

theres a couple complicating factors. Including some prior heart conditions and being on BP medicine, and all this stuff is way over my head. But right now he is doing well. Waiting on the specialist to get a final word in. He had a couple stints(sp?) put in, and since then he hasn't had another attack. He had three the couple hours before the surgery. Hopefully no more surgery and they just need to monitor.

apparently they didn't put him fully out while putting in the stints. At first he was asking questions, and the doctor had to ask him to stop so he could focus. Then my grandfather starts cracking jokes which apparently delayed the surgery. So they had to ask him to not speak the rest of the time. he then starts humming Christmas hymns the rest of the time.

family has got in to see him throughout the day and he seems to be in good spirits and his old cantankerous self.

I certainly hope he makes a full recovery.
