It just struck me that he died in Patagonia, with that brand being a competitor and from exposure of all things. I guess he should have shopped Marmot.

I actually prefer the Patagonia brand to Marmot and North Face.

My step dads mom passed this morning. She had stage 4 cancer.

My buddy's dad passed Sunday. My buddy went in to clean up his dad's place, and low and behold, Tennessee Vol gear everywhere.

He and his dad weren't close and no idea he was a Vol fan.

Sorry for your loss. Hang in there. Things will change for the better. They always do.

My mother was a perennial optimist. She owned a business that I worked in. When things were going bad at work, and the sh!t was hitting the fan, she would say..."at least we don't have locusts." See, it could always be worse.
