No. I don't. My chiropractor would put one on me from time to time. Haven't been in over a year though.

I have 3 herniated disk. I have had them for over 10 years. I just deal with them. I'll over do it and irritate them and be laid up for a few days then back to normal.
You probably inherited your back trouble from dear old dad. Been suffering off and on for 50 years, and pretty much constantly for 15.

Well the classes help because they, as in cute yoga instructors, love giving hands on instruction, but I use a dvd and it is just fine.

Oh. Ok. I practiced exercises my dr gave me years ago to strengthen my lower back muscles. It helped. I may need to go back to doing them.

Thanks for all the help York.

so the one questionable thing about going to live streaming I've determined, is the 300GB cap that Comcast instituted. If I have like 4 people in my house all streaming because I cut cable, that could be a problem.

I've got 5-6 devices streaming all the time. My son is his games. Wife is on Netflix. I'm on volnation plus what ever any of the guests are using. I've only hit the 300 mark twice.

I'm just worried how it will look for me having come back positive on an initial drug screen. Would this not make you frown upon a new hire?

I won't have to take the meds but for a couple of days. I'll be ok after that.

Company will never know, if you come back positive the testing firm will have a medical officer call you and ask about it. You'll have give them the drug name and either prescription number and/or the prescribing physicians name and contact. If all legit no worries as long as the medication was temporary and not something you take daily. Can't be behind the wheel and be on opiats prescription or not.

So a question for you truckers in here. Are cabovers not that popular anymore? I've only seen a handful on 40 today.

Nope. I think we have one in town. That's it. The rest are conventional.

Besides, cab overs are ugly and ride like crap.
