Stopped at the store after work. I'm sporting some Vol gear. A guy walked up to me, in a yankee accent, "you guys are going to have a hell of a football team in a few years". I told him I expected to see it next year. He then said " maybe not the national championship but you guys will play in the sec championship game for sure".

We are getting people's attention. They know we are coming, and coming fast!

Depends on how healthy we stay. All those goals are possible if things go our way.

With the injuries, experience, and depth we had this year, we really weren't far from that mark. The consensus seems to be we will be more experienced (particularly if the three in question stay) and have more depth. Possibly upgrades in coaching. UF and Bama at home. SEC cross match-up has real trouble. OCC has new coach.

The real factor seems to be injuries.

Concerned about on the road to GA. Smart will have them playing better. FL at Neyland works out nice. Should be between TN and GA for the East. West is still stronger in the SEC Championship game.

Not sure yet. Waiting on some final paperwork to clear.

My boss overheard me talking today about my personal problems and pulled me off to the side and told me he had a extra room that I was more than welcome to use. Makes me feel bad that I'm going to leave them. It's making me second guess myself. I haven't had many bosses. I've always been self employed. But he is a good guy.

So, someone from years ago contacted me this morning claiming that I'm the father of a 4 year old boy. My mom was angry that I spoke to my lawyer before her.

She's more of a therapist and life coach than a lawyer. Hell, she even takes care of my tax filings. She says I need to deny, deny, deny until the alleged baby momma springs for a paternity test.

What say you old, wise, seasoned men?
