Invite a couple of the VN atheists next time. You won't have to worry about anybody coming back.

Would be lively. I doubt they would find our study worthy of attending. We aren't trying to prove the existence of God. We are trying to get better at putting action to our faith with work and not just have a "culture" of congregating.

Lol. Not sure if you're serious. But I feel really odd.

Serious. I've never really been interested in socializing with neighbors. I'm friendly. I'll help in any way i can of needed, but i can't think of one long term relationship that started with a neighbor.

Me to a T.

Maybe it's a Vols thing.

The Byrd's, check it out.

I just listened to it on you tube. The do a very good job ape. I am not a Brad Paisley fan but I do think his version of "Farther Along" is the best I have heard recorded.

Whenever I think of the Byrds, I think of David Crosby, and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. My favorite song of their's is Wooden Ships. Go to youtube and type in Wooden Ships CSNY Lyrics. Listen and follow the lyrics.

I look at it as an anti-war song about future nuclear destruction. There is mention of wondering if the "purple berries" are safe to eat, an opposing soldier asking which side won, and about "silver people on the shoreline." I think this refers to men in silver hazardous suits . You and Gramps listen and see what you think.

I never thought much about the Byrd's til I got older. Now, I think there's a real argument for them as the most signicant American band of the 60 and 70s. Mcguinn, Crosby, Clark, Gram Parsons, Hillman, and Clarence White. That's a crazy amount of talent to go through one band.
