He’s posted 2 updated brackets and both have us as 11, so not even the last 3 seedI've not actually watched him today. Is he as insistent we are a three as he was last year? He really went out of his way last year on both Saturday and Sunday to say we were locked in as a three and beating UK head to head didn't matter, they were locked as a 2 and winning the SEC didn't matter either. He probably said it a dozen times over the weekend last year.
This team doesn’t have to be red hot shooting to be a 13 or 14 seed, please get real.In all seriousness does it really matter if this team is a 3 seed or a 4? Or even a five? They are going to have to somehow get red hot shooting the ball, and if they don’t do that they aren’t getting out of first round. If they do do that, with this defense, the sky’s the limit.
In that scenario, I just can't see how Tennessee gets the benefit of doubt, minus ZZ. And frankly, we don't deserve it based on the last 6 weeks. KSU has a better record in a better conference with wins over Baylor, Iowa State, and TCU in that span. TCU has probably played us even on the floor in terms of wins/losses in that span, but didn't suffer a crippling injury. It sure seems like you’ve got Kansas State, Tennessee and UCONN battling for two 3 seeds and one 4 seed, everyone seems to pretty much agree with that take across the brackets. So watching the selection show hope to see 1 of those go as a 4 seed early on and that will increase our chances as a 3.

I don’t disagree, just painting the picture. In that scenario, I just can't see how Tennessee gets the benefit of doubt, minus ZZ. And frankly, we don't deserve it based on the last 6 weeks.
