Last time I checked GT was ranked #20 and TN was unranked. Plus we played it on their floor which is a ten point advantage. I saw GT play # 1 indiana to a tie in regulation on IU's floor. They are a really good team. This game really gives me hope.
Didn't make the tournament last year after 6 straight appearances, reluctance to go to zone defense when short-handed athletically, and draws up a 3 point play when only needs 2 points tonight. I will give Cuonzo a chance but if we don't make the tourney this year that is all I need to see with Cuonzo. I like Cuonzo, but his game management stinks and I have serious doubt about his ability to coach X's and O's.
UT will see lots more zone after this laughably bad offensive performance. Those last two shots were embarrassing: That's what bad teams do when the pressure is on: make two passes on the perimeter and heave one up.
Excuse for an inept ability to close out the game giving yourself a chance to win.
No, I look at things logically when watching basketball. You'd rather fire a coach after a home loss not even halfway through his first year. I guess he was inept in sweeping Fla and beating a Vandy team that had 3 NBA draft picks last year?
Again, if you aren't a 12 year old girl with the way you overreact on everything then I imagine you react to real life situations like your hair is on fire.
Please enlighten us with your logic on our last possession down by a point with 20 seconds to play.
I'll enlighten you and tell you that if UT had made 2 of the 8 FT's (3-11 for the game) that they missed then they win and it wouldn't have come down to the final possession. A game isn't won or lost in the final possession, but I'm sure you're clueless about that too.

I'm getting trolled. This game was clearly lost on the final possession.
Definitely not lost on the last play, but you don't call a timeout to then throw up a 3 point shot when you are only down 2...stupid call.
