Can’t expect to make the playoffs when you lead MLB in errors. Need to trade Jose Martinez, Luke Weaver, and maybe Gyorko. Bringing in one of Machado (don’t see it he probably stays in LA) or Harper, who actually could be a nice fit in St. Louis, would be huge for the middle of the lineup and defense. But 3rd base is biggest need defensively for sure.

Yea, Martinez didn’t pitch well, but I’m sure that he’ll be alright! That game one I believe broke their backs a little! I thought Flaherty could’ve killed Martinez...lol!! I like where we are now.

Martinez is undoubtably more upset than anyone with blowing that save. Also the most relieved by that Carp bomb!

Don't sleep on the Brewers. They are hot and playing Pittsburgh who isn't. While the Cards and Cubs beat each other up for 6 more games.

Brewers 3 at home with Pirates, then on the road for 3 at Reds and 3 at Rockies.

If the Cardinals make the playoffs, I want to get to a game or two, but I am conflicted. They are 1 - 4 in playoff games I have attended.

I was at all four games in SF in 2012 and game 5 in 2014. So twice I witnessed them losing the NLCS with one being a walkoff homer and the other in pouring rain.

Yeah I really don’t want to fall to the WC. 1. I don’t need that stress. 2. I got a good buddy who’s a big Braves fan and that would make for a funner series

Definitely an easier finish than wha we have. Just keep winning!
