Official Thread of the St. Louis Cardinals

If CMart is on. Buehler can be tough, but on the other hand, he can give up some runs. I hope we can be optimistic but I do feel your pain about this.

I feel like If Grant can do it, I think CMart can pitch a good game. The last thing I heard about Flaherty is an oblique injury or something like that. He may miss a lot of time.😩 I know that I’ve never seen this many injuries this year, but I can’t remember at least.

So, the Cubs have swept the Padres?? That is unbelievable. We have to win tonight to keep pace. We’re headed on a collision course with them again.

Well! Pack it up boyzzzzz! Let’s come home and start all over.🥲
No kiddin'
I can't believe what a high winning percentage the cubs have recorded thepast 5-6 weeks or what crazy numbers their bullpen has posted the past month. The good things is that they have played more home ganes and set off on a roadtroo with stops in LA, SD and SF.

Noticed tonight that Yadi had day off and that Schidt rested Goldynand Arenadio after they each got 2 AB. Think Ans=drew Miller will be activated this weekend. Understand that STL doesnt have good idea of when Jack F will return and will have to seriously study who they'll trade for. Keep the faith/ Diamond Vols are on way up, bball team could be superb by mid-Jan and that Heupel will surprise a lot of folks.

I don’t know what the Cubs has done to turn it around, but it seems like they have found something? We will see Miller pitch this weekend, and Tyler Webb needs some time in Memphis. Thinking about that trade? I hope the front office is looking hard around to make a move or four, because we’re definitely going to need it. They’re going to have to start working now on these moves. Don’t worry, I’m going to keep the faith on our sports programs. Baseball looking good. Basketball seems to be right there getting better. I want to see Heupel do very well, and I think he will.

webb is a tangled mess

I like Kyle Gibson too. Rodriguez is going to be expensive to acquire.
The front office has a history of not spending to much money like the previous owners did. Sooner or later, you’re going to have to if you want to win with some big bats, pitchers, and on defense. I hope we can put together a couple of more to help this team.

I think they'll start spending after this season. There's major payroll liabilities coming off after 2021.

I hate to say it, but a lot of Cardinal fans are starting to question him and his coaching ability. I’m starting to read comments and I’m even being questioned by others that isn’t even card fans.
