Well! Was this Mike Shildt’s fault for changing the lineup? Or was it a genius move to rest most of the players for the Dodgers??? 🤔🤔

Yes, we need help bad. I think we need bullpen help. A starting pitcher? Another big bat to help? What position would you fill? Seems like we need two arms in the bull pen, a starting pitcher, and another big bat? That would be 4 to get by July 31st. I just don’t know if we can get 4 or not.

I think the normal, healthy lineup can win. We’re not the biggest hitting team but the every day defense is terrific.

Even with the injuries, the rotation hasn’t been the worst either. Gant has been huge! The bullpen is by far the biggest need in my opinion. I guess a veteran starter would push Gant back to the pen but we still need more arms.

No, actually the starters have been doing a fine job. I think the lineup is pretty good, but sometimes struggle. We do get hits pretty good when they are on. We do need more arms, and let’s see if the front office will push for an sp at the trade deadline.

I think he can get back on track, and finish his career very good. I want him back to form before he retires. A good ending for Carp will be a great story for him. I do want him to retire as a Cardinal, and go no where else.

If you noticed after the lead, we lost it. It’s like the air went out after the bullpen came in. That has to be hard being with Bama people, but not really, huh?? 😂 They are people to, and you’re probably good friends with them all.

Man!! How much more can we take??? I never thought that this injury bug would deplete this team so much. It makes you want to cringe. Just when I thought this team was going to get healthy, another one goes down.We really need some help now. We really need a sp, and fast. Bullpen help fast. I still think we need one more good batter that can play with experience. 🥲🥲😳😩 This isn’t the way I envisioned this year.

Been a Cardinal fan since 77. I haven’t seen this either with so many injuries like this. Even the vols I can’t believe what is going on. I’ll try to help in any way I can through the Sabanites. Right now this is agony for both of these teams. As for the cards though, I must be living in a nightmare. There is no way that this is supposed to be happening. Maybe by the end of June and the beginning of July, everyone will be back.

Well! It’s was 2-0 when I fell asleep and woke up bottom of the 9th to see the last out and saw that we had won. I’ll take that win. Looks like the Cubs are playing pretty good right now. That win helped us stay within a half game of them. We need to win tonight somehow.
