I hate to say it, but that was a great game by the cards and pitchers. We are 3-2 in our last five games.

I’m glad you got to stay up.for the long waited shutout. Very unusual tonight to not give up many walks. KK pitching really good, and the bullpen and gant held his own. Happ striking out was a great icing on the cake.

I don’t understand. We come into the 2nd half looking dead again. Who is supposed to fire up this team??? The crowd at the stadium looks bored. If you’re watching this on tv, then you’re sitting there wondering what is going on.

We took 4 out of six from the Giants. It’s unbelievable that we accomplished this feat. I don’t know what this means, but it seems to be a good sign. 4 with the Cubs coming up, and we need these games badly.

Maybe. We lean pretty heavily on the big three at the back end. It’s a domino effect of all the injuries in the rotation.

It sure hasn’t helped has it? Gallegos looked tired, and struggled a bit. This umpire behind the plate Bucknor or whoever he was calling strikes so far outside that he had our batters leaning over so far off of the plate. They looked like they were going to fall down. I’ve never seen that before. That isn’t the reason we lost the game, but man I’ve never seen the bad calls off of the plate like that.

Our offense is torn, battered, and bruised. I don’t know if it’s Jeff Albert, tiredness, or a combination of all of it. Even now I wouldn’t know how to fix it. If someone needs to be fired, then I would do it this week, and not wait. If not, then I throw my hands up, because I just don’t know what is going on. Maybe bring a good veteran batter in and see if that can get this offense going.
