TTU losing makes it a virtual tie between Villanova, TTU, and Tennessee.

I give the nod against Tennessee since we lost head to head but if UT can beat Arky, any losses by those two could leave us the Top 3 seed. UK, Duke, Purdue still very passable teams if we keep winning and get help. Auburn maybe as well.

Not sure a NCAA 1 Seed is in play but win these next 2 and take 1 in the SECT and a 2 is a very strong possibility.

Tennessee will be 3-1 over the last two weeks with two wins over top 5 teams and we might be a net plus 2 in the rankings. Thank goodness for NET rankings

Colorado wins. But, so does Baylor. That Baylor win hurts. Plenty of teams fighting for a 3-seed have been losing, but it’s looking less and less likely that a 2-seed is possible. The top 6-7 teams are just firming up at the top.

Credit to Baylor though. Riddled with injuries and they just keep finding a way to win. Damn….

Baylor still has Texas and Iowa St, which is no slouch of a team. There’s still opportunity for them to drop some games. If we win our last two and get to the SECT final then we are in play for a 2 seed. Win the SECT and it’s going to be hard to say there are 8 teams more deserving than us.

I don’t know that we move up a single spot today ironically but the results above us help open up a high ceiling if we win out and get a bit more help.
