Audi Crooks game last night should be required viewing for anyone who plays in the post. The way she gets big and gives her teammates the perfect target to deliver the basketball is impeccable.

They turned it over a few times trying to force it to her, but it’s pretty unreal how many of those passes she does catch.

So many times we blame the passer for those turnovers but Crooks shows a good post knows how to crate the space to catch and score.

Is The Big center from Iowa?
If so Iowa Hawkeyes miss Having a big that could have helped them win a national championship with Caitlin Clark

To be fair, Crooks attempts were all wide open layups. She’s amazing at sealing and catching, and her team is able to get her the ball in position. And Maryland offered almost no post defense

That’s why I cannot wait to see her play a team with real interior defense. No shade to Crooks, of course, if she doesn’t post 40 in a game like that. She’s got a seemingly very high ceiling.

By way of adding context. We have numerous SC fans who post regularly here, which is fine and a couple of them are really great posters. But this is a LV site and we get a regular diet of how perfect Dawn Staley is yada, yada, yada. This obviously gets tiresome for LV fans. So, yes, we can admit she is a decent coach but we probably won’t be sending her a birthday card.

BE fair they have a undersized softmore post wHO socre around 40 Who can play . Iowa Hawkeyes that is can't spell her Off hand

It’s been said already but I think this is one of the best women’s brackets the committee has ever put together. The games have been excellent and super competitive. The 6/11, 7/10 and 8/9 games have been some thrillers!

Really great considering the increased viewership for WBB this season. Committee showing the public a really great product.
