Wouldn’t call Duke over OSU a big upset. Duke just wasn’t playing up to their potential this year. I know I have Duke over OSU in my bracket.

They have 5 freshmen (#6 recruiting class) plus at least 2 new transfers playing important roles (Mair, Emsbo). With that many new, and young, players, it makes sense that they'd be inconsistent and take a while to get things to click.
