Official what games to pay attention to thread...

Lunardi is also about as average as it gets when it comes to bracketology. Wouldn't trust his word just yet.

In all honesty it shouldn't matter to UT.

We should've worried about texas and the last four in; Xavier northwestern Texas and seton hall.

Which I'd guess seton hall is now in safely? Or no?

If Washington and Oregon lose early, and cal wins the title...

Does just cal get in?

If Oregon and Washington both lose their first games, then Oregon is definitely out. And Washington is probably out, unless other bubble teams lose too.

Bottom Line: Win 2 SEC games or the Tournament. This team can do it and not have to rely on the others losing. As far as Tennessee is concerned that is it.

A One game win will more than not cut it without some help. For Example, Ms State losing to GA that may make a difference but win 2 games, period.

UConn and free throws...

Also, prepare for last year's UConn "fans" to come out of the woodwork again.

For the hell of it, I'll pick the Georgetown game too:

Hoyas - 67
Panthers - 61

West Virginia isn't safe though. The bubble would really have to play well this week, but they could be passed up.

If they win this game, you probably don't have to worry about them the rest of the Big East Tournament. They'll be safe.

You need to add South Florida vs. Villanova (9pm on ESPN) - South Florida is a bubble team with no good wins. If they lose to Villanova, they are likely out of the tournament.

I'd say WV is now headed to the NIT. We might have just taken their spot.

Texas was next in line, so if WVU is our it'll push Texas in before us.

It does put us back to 1st out high which is nice, especially with 2 more elimination possibilities tonight.

We should keep a close eye on the Pac-12 tourney and hope for upsets across the board. They can get 1 to 3 / 4 teams in the tourney. Oregon needs to lose.
