yea Germany looks like they will give up a few goals.I believe this will be an exciting Cup this time around especially if America gets through to the second round.

Yeah well we need to finish first out of our group or we will face Brazil and that won't be pretty.

Brazil may seem miles ahead of everybody else, but I think they are beatable. I don't think we will be the team to do it, though. I think that implies we are meeting in the semis, or maybe even the title game.

Watching Ecuador vs. Poland right now. Really defensive, slow moving.

What happened to us? Our offense looked horrible with all the sideways and reverse passing. I thought'd we'd moved past that phase.

After yesterday, I'm just hpoing we can break the European soil curse and get one good victory in our group.

After Koller headed the Czechs' first goal, the gameplan changed. With this, the Americans panicked, which was embarrassing. They pretty much need a victory over Italy to have a real chance to advance.

Croatia isn't awful either. Very solid team capable of making it to the quarters. Finished 3rd in 1998.

If people who don't know much about soccer are watching this match, Ronaldinho is the best player in the world right now and does things with the ball other could only dream of. He's the long haired horse face guy on the left mid for Brazil.

Agreed. I think it's within the realm of possibility that Ronaldinho is the best soccer player of all-time.

I think it would be amazing if we get to see a Brazil vs. Argentina matchup.

Ronaldinho isn't playing his best today, but the Croatian D has given him tons of attention.

FYI- Ghana is up on the Czechs right now 1-0. Very good game, Ghana is pretty good.

US vs. Italy today at 2:30 on ABC. Do or die game.

USA can not be eliminated today no matter what, but still lets win this one.

US goes down 1-0 on a good play by Italy.

Then Italy scores an own goal to tie it up. We'll take it any way we can get it right now.

US is actually playing well right now.

He was terrible.

Not a bad result considering the US played a man down the whole second half. Picked up 1 point and we're still in it.
