They have been building the infrastructure to pull off cloud gaming with minimal input lag. If they continue, I really think they change the game with this.

I have enjoyed my Elite and have been rocking in for a couple of years on PC and XBOX. Look forward to seeing this one.


Edit: Oh hell I didnt notice it is selling for 129 and 179, that's a decent price IMO

Is it the same controller in white for $50 less? Or are there differences?

the one in black has all the paddles and the charging case included. The white one doesn’t include the paddles or case but has the charging cable and the ability to add paddles later.

Ah, I see. I noticed the spot for the paddles was on the back of the controller but didn't realize the paddles weren't included.

I lose connection to my PC with my Xbox controller like...once per hour, maybe. Doesn't matter if it's the wireless adapter or hardlined into the computer. You have any issues like that?

I do not have an elite controller, but would probably be willing to spend the money if that somehow fixed the problem.

I havent, but recently I have had all kinds of issues with Xbox controllers and my PC. Recently whenever I touch a button on the controller the game minimizes and a keyboard pops on my screen and looks like something from Steam. I dont know what would cause it to shutdown after an hour randomly.

I've had the occasional bluetooth issues with my xbox controllers, but it happens to you when wired too? Which version of the xbox controller?

Yes, it's kind of a nightmare, especially when playing a game that doesn't pause when it recognizes the input is no longer connected. Going to see if it's an issue with mobo drivers tonight.

Flashing the BIOS seemed to work to some degree. Played for 2 1/2 hours last night and had only one disconnection (wireless). Even then it seemed to reconnect faster than before, maybe 2-3 seconds as compared to 10-15. Will chalk it up as a success and carry on.
