Oh Yeah, He showed us

He's got good speed. Could have been a real gem with our coaching staff coaching him.

His parents didn't want him going to school in Tennessee, that must have related some of his High School friends that are good at getting him into trouble.

I heard academics was the reason he went to Kentucky because he couldn't get into Tennessee.

Just think if he would've come here and played behind a line that gives the QB time to throw.

The 43yrd average on punt returns doesn't matter when it flies through the endzone.

Dude quit twice last year against slow footed Tullahoma. In the second match, the Firebird coaches had to take him out of game because he was crying.

Mentally, an extreme mess. Parents made him into a basket case.

He'll quit again on Saturday night.

I honestly have never heard of the kid before seeing this thread.

So I guess you can put me down as not being especially upset.

‘Tennessee fans, they don’t like me.’ Barion Brown key to Kentucky’s upset hopes vs. Vols.

First of all, I don't follow recruiting so I have to admit, I don't know who Barion Brown is.

Secondly, Why are we mad? You're the one who committed to a program whose high water mark has already hit their glass ceiling in 2021

If all these Nashville guys don't feel comfortable playing big time football for big time stakes; I'm not angry. Everyone needs to feel comfortable and some guys need a smaller pond with less competition to be comfortable
He wouldn’t see the field this year as a WR for UT unless it’s against Aron, UTM and Ball State.

Everyone saying “who?”… he was a top 100 prospect from Nashville. I know it was tongue-in-cheek by most of y’all. But he was a good prospect, I believe he had grade/eligibility concerns. Not sure if that affected how hard the coaches went after him or not, but he had an offer.

All these Nashville guys? Man, Nashville has been MUCH better to UT than Knoxville. And there are about to be a bunch more in the 2024 class with Beasley, Ed Spillman, etc.

I generally remember a kid's name from hanging out on the recruiting forum. Not this time. Had no idea who he was.

He wasn't heavily recruited by CJH. Looks like we know why now.
A veritable legend in his own mind.

Even those of us who follow recruiting, haven't done much more than see this kid's name, because Heupel only showed him token interest. If there is one position that Tennessee fans won't have to worry about, it's WR.

I didn’t know who he was until the OM game and quickly realized he’s a helluva player. I didn’t even know his name. Someone on this board informed me that he was a freshly from Nashville. Wish he was a Vol but I’m not mad at him. Can always just hit the portal and make it right if he feels bad.
