Open up the cinnamon bun can & pop'em in the oven at 325 degrees until gooey.
Then get the frosting out and spread that over the top of cinnamon buns while hot.
Yum yum. At least that's the way I'd handle it if I was wanting those to eat.




My mom made us cinnamon rolls from scratch yesterday and sent us home (downtown) with a pan my roommate Rob didn't know about:

In mid April Rob (6'11 and 3/4ths inches) was 290 lbs.
He asked for my help to get fit.

He's currently 256 lbs. which is approximately 2lbs a week. So I slowly and incrementally started substituting out processed food and condiments for whole foods without preservatives. He gets one cheat day every other week.

My grandma near Aiken made us cinnamon stickies. Pan grilled bread something. Need to make some phone calls to preserve that recipe. Same with the Christmas bourbon balls.

The stickies may have been something like fried beignets.
