These 2 games are Cubs home games btw. So now there will be only 79 regular season games at Wrigley Field. Some would say so what but if I was a season ticket holder and went to every game I would be pissed off about this.

Yeah I would definitely be pissed off unless the organization offered to pay me for my transportation and hotel to Tokyo. Or they better prorate my season tickets to accommodate losing 2 games. But we all know who signed off on this. Manfred is the King of Dumbasses amongst a gaggle of dumbasses.

I would say it's set up in bracket for UNC ends up in Sweet 16.

Yep, unfortunately the UNC AD not only forced his team into the tournament but also gave them a great draw to win multiple games and setup a potential UNC vs Michigan State Sweet 16 matchup. If UNC did legitimately make it in, their path should have been Texas, Illinois, Kentucky. But now they get SDSU, Ole Miss, Iowa State (who just so happens has their leading assist man out for the NCAAT).

I think we kind of saw the writing on the wall. Zakai and Mashack are the last of a dying breed and he won’t ever have that type of connection with kids anymore in this environment. The moment you take something like that away from a good man like Rick Barnes is the moment they will step away. It’s sad to see.

AD White will hire a great replacement. I have no concerns but just as AD White hired a unknown Mid Major for Lady Vols. Look for the same for the Men's team, a successful Mid Major Head Coach.

He showed flashes last year but nobody saw this coming. I was cautiously optimistic but holding out until he performed against SEC competition. He has really put it all together and if he keeps it up he will be a high draft pick with his arm talent. Frank Anderson never ceases to amaze me.

I agree with @ArdentVol here. Some saw that 6’4” grown ass man frame and knew his potential was extreme.
