Welp, since this has been established as a safe zone for screening, I’ll divulge that I had my first colonoscopy screening today. The prep was, shall we say, not exactly fun, but the good news is that the Dr. told me that I won the “colon of the day” award and was given a “10-year warranty”, yay!
 
In today’s screwed up MLB economic system it’s awfully hard being a Reds fan. The Dodgers and Mets are spending over $300 million on payroll. The Braves are over $200mill. My Reds are spending a total of $102 mill (less than 100 mill on the 26 man roster)

That kind of system sucks. This is why the Dodgers haven’t missed the playoffs in over a decade
 
I will admit when I'm wrong. I thought Phillips would be the weak link in Weekend Rotation, Phillips has proven me wrong so far the guy has made tremendous strides since last season.
Does he slot into the Sunday role when Russell returns?
Or...as crazy as it sounds, do you leave the Friday and Saturday alone and throw Russell on sundays?

Russell probably is Sunday starter just guessing though. Just think though 3 potential 1st round draft picks in your Weekend rotation. Plus I would bet anything no SEC team would be able to match Russell on the mound in Sunday. That's usually your weakest starter.

Milwaukee's payroll every year isn't much more than the Reds and they seem to make playoffs every year .🤷

Milwaukee is to be commended. They are what we (Cincinnati) strive to become, however that's a modest goal compared to the Dodgers. The Brewers have won one playoff series (not World Series) in the past 40 years. One
