PS. Planning on being at every game this weekend. Last Sunday vs Hofstra will make Friday seem like a hot late May game.

Seems like a good time for an oral history of how the dugout came to me. My recollection is that OT initiated a thread for posting of pictures and general discussion, including topics such as "girls of schools (no nudity or anything close)." @MAD also requested that TN_gal create a thread called the dugout (I think Mad didn't just create this himself because he was being too humble) for banter, but I think mostly to have a place to continue discussion after the glorious 21 season ended. Then, OT in all his wisdom merged these two threads into one juggernaut of mischief.

There was a behind the scenes conversation regarding this whole idea, questioning the wisdom of this decision. By this time, due to the success of the program, we were getting a ton of drive byes, a ton of miserable-ness.

Without, bringing anyone else up, I was against the idea, just didn’t want it to end up being a free for all. Ultimately, after some back and forth between a few of the other folks, it went forward. I’m glad it did, but I’d be lying to say I was thrilled at the time.

Just to let everyone know, the email I sent OT 3 days ago went unanswered. I basically said that we missed him and hoped he was okay. Sadly, as was the case with Freak, there was no response. Wherever he is, he’s going to be watching the Vols have another good run this year.
