Ole Miss should beat the brakes off of us.

That said, they're due for a letdown game and next week looks like great timing :)

Sack up people. Nobody knows what's going to happen. Upsets happen all the time. And if we don't upset Ole Miss, so what?

Irrelevant. Each game is different.

Can you say with any certainty that our OL will play bad again? No you cannot.

Can you say with any certainty that Ole Miss will not have a down game against us? No you cannot.

Can you say with any certainty that we cannot beat Ole Miss? No you cannot.

It's why the games are played. On paper, we don't have much of a shot. Of course neither did the 1985 Miami Dolphins when the played the Chicago Bears. OU didn't have much of a against Bama last year, on paper. We all saw what happened there.

My point is nobody and I mean nobody can predict what's going to happen. We may get embarrassed by Ole Miss. We may walk into Oxford and beat them. You don't know. I don't know and nobody on this board knows.

Yes I can say with certainty the OL will play bad again. They've been whipped by every DL they've faced and Ole Miss's may be the best they face.

So after 6 games of playing badly, they're suddenly going to play great on the road against the #3 team in the nation against likely the best dline in the country?

And you said he sounds dumb? Sure upsets happen, but his reasoning is far from dumb.

There is zero reason to believe our OL will magically figure it out next week or OM defense will forget how to play.

Sorry, but he doesn't sound dumb. He may be wrong, but there is zero evidence to believe otherwise.

Do you realize how dumb you sound when you say that past events (i.e. statistics) mean nothing. This OL could not stop UTC pass rush, they're not going to all of a suddenly hold their own vs the SEC's best defense. Sorry.
