35-7 Ole Miss now.

This is honestly the best outcome we can hope for.

We have to pray that Ole Miss sleepwalks into the game next week.

The state of Missisippi is home to the best teams in the country, not just the SEC. My goodness

There is zero reason to believe our OL will magically figure it out next week or OM defense will forget how to play.

Sorry, but he doesn't sound dumb. He may be wrong, but there is zero evidence to believe otherwise.

It has happened before. Teams have had tremendous down games. The 1985 Bears forgot how to play against the Dolphins and it cost them an undefeated season.

The 2007 Patriots had a down game in the Super Bowl against the Giants. Oregon had a down game against Arizona. It happens. I never said it will happen, just that it COULD. There is always a chance that a team can turn it around extremely quickly. For you or anyone else to state that it CANNOT happen is fallacious and dumb.

Do you realize how dumb you sound when you say that past events (i.e. statistics) mean nothing. This OL could not stop UTC pass rush, they're not going to all of a suddenly hold their own vs the SEC's best defense. Sorry.

Answer me this question, honestly, do upsets happen?

Arkansas will be the surprise top 10 team next year since we play them.

So after 6 games of playing badly, they're suddenly going to play great on the road against the #3 team in the nation against likely the best dline in the country?

And you said he sounds dumb? Sure upsets happen, but his reasoning is far from dumb.

It's dumb because he stated his opinion as if were an undeniable fact. Nobody can predict what will happen.

Upsets happen. And yes next week we COULD upset Ole Miss. Like I said to say we cannot is dumb and inaccurate.

The SEC West is getting interesting! Will the state of Mississippi win the SEC West? The matchup in the state will be interesting! Both will be in the top 4! Top 4 this week-FSU, Miss. St., Ole Miss, Baylor. Hold on to your hats next weekend! Things may change!

You're using other quality teams as your examples. Not teams that have been embarrassed on the OL for 6 weeks.

Assuming SEC West does cannibalize itself (and it will), what team makes it through to 11-1? Bama, if they beat LSU? Ole Miss, if they beat one of LSU/Arky on road AND Auburn at home? Miss State, with road dates at Bama and Ole Miss still on tap? Wouldn't be surprised to see everyone at 10-2 or worse, with no playoff teams.

Yes. I never argued upsets don't happen or that we can't upset them. I said our OL will not get it together out of the blue. If we beat OM it's not cause the OL played well. It's because old Bo shows up and throws 3-4 picks.

Teams make mistakes. That's a fact. Ole Miss could turn the ball over. They could not tackle well. Bo Wallace could have a terrible game.

Are you honestly going to sit there and say those things COULD NOT happen?

If that play (the one that was reviewed) tonight was not proof our conference's refs are bad, I don't know what is.
