Thanks for the gray hairs and the many visits to my wife’s doghouse for inappropriate language over you! Best, though!

Wow. I figured he would pursue professional options if anything. This seems like a bit of a surprise. Good luck to ORN wherever he lands.

I guess we will find out if Aidoo and Awaka can get it done. We will find out if Estrella is ready. Barnes typically doesn't do a lot with skinny bigs.

Honestly imo, I think he might be a bit on the lazy side.

There’s no logical explanation on why he would have break out games then disappear the next.

So you think every player on this team was lazy? Every one of them disappeared for stretches this season.

For Barnes' faults I don't think he has a problem benching lazy players, so I doubt anybody with significant minutes could be labeled as lazy.

ON seemed to be immune from the bench discipline Barnes is known for enacting. Really is an enigma.

Did I say that?

And no, you don’t think scoring 27 points against a red hot Duke team then scoring 6 points against an undersized FAU team isn’t hinting at a bit of laziness?

I’m not saying FAU is a bad team but this is where ORN should have used his size and skills to slow them down.

It’ll be interesting to see if he becomes a more consistent player elsewhere. I would think he’ll have some solid school options to choose from.

Phillips and Awaka are the two guys I’m most interested in seeing if they stay out or move on.
Awaka??? Haven't heard this one as a possibility.

Scored 0 against a nobody school with an elite 8 on the line. Guy needs to learn some consistency in his next step. Best of luck to him, he will always be remembered for that Duke game.

Doesn't seem like a surprise, there is likely no spot for him here since we only have 2 open spots (currently) that could potentially be filled either some of the 4 graduating seniors and/or transfers (unless others depart). Therefore, ON can enter the portal to see what offers he receives and compare that to potential pro offers, likely overseas.

That’s not true. He got a couple garbage time buckets when everyone already knew it was over.

I am not saying I know the underlying cause. But I don't think it is laziness.

Would really be surprised if Awaka moves on…not so much if Phillips leaves.
