Exactly what it says on the tin. Which UT game in all of history do you wish you could've seen in person (or if you prefer, live on tv) that you were too young to remember, not born yet at all, or somehow couldn't see?

For me personally, I'd go with the Sugar Bowl where we trounced Miami in 86. I can't imagine how awesome that was to see in action, especially in that decade and time for Miami.

I had tickets for CPF's last game and lived right down the street from Neyland. I was hung over and bitter about the season and I thought It was going to rain. So I didn't go and watched it from home. I regret that very very much.

I was at the Sugar Bowl as a 2 year old, so I guess I could say I wish I was old enough to remember it.

I would say that in recent memory, I would have liked to have been at the 2007 Tennessee/UK game in Lexington that went to 4 OT's and sent us to the SEC Championship game. I had a chance to go, but it only came after I had committed to go with my wife to visit family out of state, and I couldn't talk her out of it. We listened to the game via satellite radio the whole way back and she was mad that I wouldn't stop anywhere to eat because it kept going from OT to OT. I told her I would be glad to stop somewhere and she could go in and eat dinner, but I wasn't getting out of the freaking car.

Have to say the NC game. Would have loved to see them holding up the crystal ball.

I've still got this one on VHS. The most awesome play (to me) in the game was when we were already leading 28-7, and Jeff Powell ran a LONG touchdown to truly ice the game. Powell was way down the depth chart and had not participated very much during the year. But he was a track star also, and he showed why on that run.

One more I wish I could have seen was the 1968 UCLA game. We won 42-18. UCLA was highly ranked and we were an underdog. The reason this one is special for me is that I was in Viet Nam and I was surrounded by several UCLA fans who were from Southern California. They had boasted about how UT was always way over rated and that they were going to kick our @sses. They didn't! And I never let them live it down.

Were you in Vietnam for the 20-16 loss to UCLA in 1967? Thanks for Your service!:salute:

I'll always regret not going to the 1986 Sugar Bowl. Watched it on TV though. One of the best games ever! I watched it in my apt on White Ave where the new parking garage is at White, 11th & Cumberland. You could hear whooping & hollering late into the night!!!

That was the coldest game I've ever been to. There weren't enough people to share body heat. After the game a 6'8" drunk, mulleted monster in overalls pointed at me and yelled "you lose!" about three times. I'm 6'2" 280 and ran like a little girl. You got to know when to hold 'em...
