Opinions/Feelings about Jeremy Banks

Every interview done with players about the USCjr game has them stating they went into the game feeling they just had to show up to win. Kind of read their own press and hit overconfident. That is usually a death knell for a team. I don't think JB had anything to do with what happened.

Speculation? What is fact is JB is gone and the Vols are 1-0 since he left.

Banks cost himself some money by not playing in the Orange Bowl. With the decision to blitz everytime Clemson went empty backfield, he could have had a big game. As it is, Beasley reaped the benefits of the gameplan and Banks moves on.

Seeing how the rumor mill hasn't been backed up with any facts, I consider him a VFL who played hard. Wish nothing but the best for him.

I’ve got no problem with him. He is a highly emotional kid with issues of controlling his emotions. Both good and bad.
He made mistakes and be mouthed off, but he isn’t a bad guy. I hope he can make a team. His effort alone should land him on a practice squad.
