What's funny is that ball was about 5 yards under thrown. And rain is no excuse for that day. Football is played regularly in the rain/snow. It's not an excuse to be bad.
Joe Milton IS the starting QB for UT for the Orange Bowl. Next year there are options. I never claimed to make any difference with the thinking of Coach Heupel. That’s just you making a strawman argument because you can’t dispute the fact that Milton is very inaccuate on deep passes. That obviously needs corrective lenses. It’s yin and yang. Good and evil. Joe Milton IS the starting quarterback for the Tennessee Volunteers. Your negativity makes no difference whatsoever to Coach Heupel. Live with it.
Sure they miss a throw or two due to rain, but it's no excuse to miss the majority of your throws, specifically deep balls. It was a great throw. Dude just shut up. If you don’t think rain affects throwing a football then you are just football dumb. I saw Peyton Manning throw like crap in rain. Brady has as well. All the greats have.
Well to be fair it probably ain't raining in his bedroom while his playing his video games. It was a great throw. Dude just shut up. Milton had what, 4 or 5 completions that were actually past the LOS. Against maybe the worst team in the league. Rain or shine, it's not good enough.
