The reasoning in the article is way out of bounds and makes no sense. The logic is pathetic.
Anyone who takes this article at face value is dumber than the Oregon kids they’re fretting about. Parents could always opt out of these state assessments anyway

So it helps pretty much everyone except whites then.
I agree with Boyle's rationale. The sooner you get kids out of the public school system, the better they will be and the more you've helped them.A quote from the article:
